Landgate offers a wide range of products and data that may be useful to your customers.

Businesses ranging in size from local and national to international conglomerates, use our products to create business opportunities for themselves and Landgate.

Landgate offers standard value added reseller arrangements for its location information products. We are also open to new and innovative proposals or uses of our products, including digital and web-based offerings.

Landgate enters agreements with a range of businesses who on-sell both our title and commercial product offerings. 

Become a broker

Businesses ranging in size from local and national to international conglomerates use our products to create business opportunities for themselves and Landgate. 

Landgate offers a standard offering to become a broker of our title products, but we also welcome all opportunities for those interested in becoming a broker of our commercial products, currently set-up for on-selling Landgate’s Property Interest Report. 

Title products

Landgate welcomes your interest to become an authorised title products broker. Successful applicants are given direct access to these products:

• Certificate of Title
• check searches
• survey documents
• Transfer of Land Act documents.

Commercial products

Landgate welcomes your interest to broker our commercial products. At this stage, you can become a broker of Landgate's Property Interest Report.

Becoming a distributor

There are various products that businesses can on-sell to their customers.

These can include:

• Topographic maps

Successful applicants will be given access to products under the terms and conditions negotiated with Landgate. The agreement may include a wholesale discount for the products.
