Forms and Guides
Thank you to those who provided feedback on the draft forms and form completion guides between March and May 2021 while they were published on strata.wa.gov.au for industry consultation.
Landgate’s website now includes the following customer forms and supporting guides relating to the Community Titles Act 2018:
- Registrar of Titles approved community titles forms.
- A form reference table outlining which community titles forms are to be used in a given scenario and any supporting evidence required.
- Form completion guides to assist in completing the required forms.
- Community titles policy and procedure guides.
